TROY NICOLAS CARSON

Troy was born and raised in Silver Spring, MD and left for Atlanta to attend Morehouse College and study Accounting. After interning with multiple firms, Troy decided to start his career at a global consulting firm in their Strategy and Operations group.  After several years honing his skill sets, Troy decided to pursue a more entrepreneurial path. To do so he partnered with a small but growing, vertically integrated, real estate investment firm. At this firm, Troy wore multiple hats, working closely with its founders and helping to grow the company. When joining the team, the firm had less than 5 employees and its portfolio comprised of 209 apartment units with an aggregate value of roughly $8m. During Troy’s tenure, the firm grew to over 65 employees and its portfolio grew to over 2,008 apartment units which house over 6,000 residents and have aggregate value in excess of $100m. This dynamic, high growth experience paved the way for Troy to continue his entrepreneurial arch and launch Carson Accounting and Consulting.
